Admission
Your bar-coded ticket is required to enter the Main Gate. Your electronic bar-coded ticket will be scanned at the Main Gate. All tickets are void once scanned for the particular day you are entering the concert. All tickets are non-transferable among individuals.
PLEASE NOTE: THERE WILL BE NO RE-ENTRY AFTER YOU EXIT THE CONCERT AREA.
Alcohol
ID's ARE REQUIRED. EVERYONE THAT WISHES TO DRINK ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ONCE INSIDE THE MUSIC FESTIVAL GATES MUST GO TO THE ASSIGNED LOCATIONS AND GET A WRIST BAND FOR ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION. ANYONE WITHOUT A WRIST BAND NO MATTER YOUR AGE WILL NOT BE SERVED ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
IF YOU ARE CAUGHT GIVING ALCOHOL TO ANYONE UNDERAGE OR IF YOU ARE UNDERAGE AND CAUGHT DRINKING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS AND WILL FACE CRIMINAL CHARGES.THE LEGAL DRINKING AGE IN NEVADA IS 21 & OVER!
Beverages and Food
Sorry, no outside food, beverages, or coolers are allowed. However, a wide selection of your favorite foods and beverages including soda, & beer. Cold bottled water is also for sale at the event.
Cameras
Still cameras are welcome. Video cameras or any recording devices are strictly prohibited and will be confiscated. This is strictly enforced. No laser pointers.
Camping - New Maps – New Rules!
RV and tent camping is available on site. Campsites are 20-feet by 50-feet. Fee is per site, this includes 4 camp access wristbands, and allows two steering wheels per site. Your camping passes, wristbands and additional vehicle parking passes are sold online at a ticket purchase price of $100.00 plus taxes & handling fees. Additional Vehicle passes are available online at $10.00 for the weekend this will include 1 camp access wristband. All vehicles must fit within your 20x50 ft campsite if not you will need to move your additional vehicle to a designated parking lot. Both Camp Access/wristbands and extra vehicle passes will be sold day of the event from your camp host. All motor vehicles must be shut down by 6PM we do don’t allow driving in the camp area after 6PM. Speed limit is 10MPH in all areas of he PACK IT IN PACK IT OUT!! PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO REMOVE ALL TRASH IN OUR CAMPING AREA. If you are caught littering you will be fined!
ALL CAMPERS STAYING IN THE BOYS & GIRLS CLUB CAMPING AREAS, REGULAR/PARTY AND QUIET/FAMILY CAMPING, WILL ENTER THE CAMPING AREAS IN A LOCATION WHICH IS APPROXIMATELY ¼ MILE EAST OF THE FAIRGROUNDS ENTRANCES. SIGNS WILL BE ERECTED.
Littering
The land you are camping on is generously donated for our use during NIC. This is agriculture land that the owner has given up for NIC. The cleanup of is an enormous task. DO NOT LITTER!! If you are caught littering by any NIC staff, volunteer or guest services your wristband for the camp area will be cut off, and you will be asked to leave or purchase another wristband to remain at the event. If your campsite is left littered you will risk a $50.00 clean-up fee.
Showers
Will be available at the cost of $5.00 per shower or $10.00 for the weekend. They will be located near the full moon saloon.
Chairs
Remember the concert features open seating. General admission ticket holders can bring a lawn chair for the venue or you can stand. Standard size lawn chairs and folding chairs are acceptable. No lounge chairs are allowed. No foot-rest style chairs. Blanket seating is not allowed. No wagons, chair caddies, etc. will be allowed into the concert. No carry-in chairs are allowed in the VIP. Strollers and Lounge chairs are not allowed. CHAIRS ALLOWED ONLY IN DESIGNATED AREA OF THE VENUE.
Children
Children 6 years of age and under are admitted free of charge. All children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
Entry
A 2 DAY TICKET WILL BE SCANNED BOTH FRIDAY AND SATURDAY FOR ADMITTANCE INTO THE CONCERT. YOU ARE SOLEY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR TICKETS, AND WRISTBANDS. THE BOYS AND GIRLS CLUBS OF MASON VALLEY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, MISPLACED OR STOLEN TICKETS.
First Aid
Medics will be available on festival grounds.
Gates
Please keep in mind that long lines form at the gates prior to the shows. We encourage you to arrive early to avoid the late afternoon long line up. Gate opening times are approximately the following Friday July 26, 2013 VIP & Super Fan Tickets 5:00 PM, General Admission ticket holders 5:30PM.Saturday July 27, 2013 VIP & Super Fan Tickets 4:00 PM, General Admission Ticket holders 4:30 PM. These times may vary depending on artists' sound check. Super Fan tickets holders will enter though the handicap entrance. VIP ticket holders will have a separate at the North East side of the Venue. No coolers, food, beverages, alcohol or weapons.
Handicapped
We make every attempt to make facilities handicapped accessible. Limited handicapped parking is available. State permit is required. A general admission seating area is provided for persons in wheelchairs and one companion. Most of the concert area is level compacted dirt landscape. For more information please call 775-463-2334.
Parking
Parking is available on site. The price for parking this year is $7.00 for one day $10.00 for two. General Parking passes can be purchased online or at the time of the event. If you purchase a two day parking pass this must stay in your car for the entire event, if lost or stollen we will not be responsible for a replacement. PARKING ALONG THE MAIN HIGHWAY IS NOT PERMITTED, AND IS SUBJECT TO ENFORCEMENT ACTION AND TOWING.
Pets
Sorry, no pets allowed into the festival or on any of the grounds for the entire festival weekend.
Rain or Shine / Refund Policy
A Night in the Country is a rain or shine event. Artists and times are subject to change. All sales are final, NO refunds, exchanges or returns. Night in the Country Music Festival is not responsible for lost, stolen or forgotten tickets or passes.

Restrooms
Portable facilities are readily available on the site. There are hand-washing facilities available. It is always advisable to carry a small bottle of hand sanitizer to any public event.
Search
For the safety of all our patrons there will be a bag/container search conducted at the front gate. No coolers, food, beverages, alcohol or weapons. Video cameras or any recording devices are strictly prohibited and will be confiscated. This is strictly enforced. No laser pointers.
PLEASE LEAVE YOUR POCKET AND OTHER KNIVES IN YOUR VEHICLES, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO REMOVE THEM FROM YOUR PERSON PRIOR TO YOUR ENTRY INTO THE CONCERT.
Seating
This year there will be no box seats available & chairs are only provided in the VIP area. General Admission ticket holders can bring their own lawn chairs, we encourage you to do so. Standard size lawn chairs and folding chairs are acceptable. (Metal folding chairs are not allowed) No lounge chairs are allowed. No foot-rest style chairs. No blanket seating is allowed. Chairs will be allowed in designated area only.
VIP/Super Fan Reserved Seating
Chairs are provided. Everyone in the VIP/Super Fan areas regardless of age must have an appropriate wristband. No exceptions will be made for small children, children six & under are free but must be wristbanded within parent guidance.
ATM
ATM machines are available on site. Don't let the lack of cash spoil your weekend.
Security
Security personnel are on duty around the clock for the entire weekend. Your full cooperation with them will be greatly appreciated. In the event of a problem, contact either a uniformed Police Officer or Guest Services for assistance. Persons causing problems or who are in violation of Nevada Law will be removed for the festival grounds and or arrested.
LOST & FOUND/INFORMATION BOOTH
Any items lost or found or for any questions or assistance, please visit us at the booth located at the front of the Venue (south East side). This booth will provide you with any information regarding the event. You may buy tickets to the concert, extra camp access pass ect. Please if you have any questions or concerns please visit us and we will be happy to contribute to make your experience better.

Numerous sponsors aid in the promotion of The Night in the Country Music Festival and offer you great opportunities. Many have booths set up on site. Please show your appreciation by stopping by to say Hi!
All persons attending The Night in the Country Music Festival do so at their own risk. No liability is assumed by owners, managers, promoters, sponsors or others.
No weapons of any kind are permitted in any area of the festival. Please leave your knives in your vehicle, you will be asked to remove them prior to entry into the concert.
Personal ATV's and similar devices are prohibited.
No checks are accepted at the festival.
No drugs or underage drinking will be tolerated on any of the festival grounds.
Umbrellas may be used between performances only. They must be taken down during any stage performance.
Designate a driver! The Night in the Country Music Festival supports the Designated Driver concept. We urge you to decide before your visit to the Festival who will be the designated driver for your group.
PLEASE DON'T
DRINK AND DRIVE.
These rules have been established to satisfy the diverse needs of our guests and to promote safety. We ask all of our guests to respect the rights and privacy of others. Thank you and have fun.
