All Credential Sales transactions are considered final. Credentials are non-transferable. Please be cautious if choosing to purchase tickets from a 3rd party. Tickets can only be scanned once and there is no guarantee that the seller has not sold their passes to multiple parties.
ALL CREDENTIALS WILL BE ACTIVATED FOR ADMITTANCE INTO THE CONCERT. ALL TWO DAY CREDENTIAL HOLDERS WILL RECEIVE A CONCERT ISSUED WRISTBAND, TO BE WORN THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE WEEKEND. YOU ARE SOLEY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR CREDENTIALS. THE BOYS & GIRLS CLUBS OF MASON VALLEY/NIGHT IN THE COUNTRY IS NOT RESPONSIABLE FOR LOST, MISPLACED OR STOLEN CREDENTIALS.
Please keep in mind that long lines form prior to the shows. We encourage you to arrive early to avoid the late afternoon long lineup. Gate opening times are approximately the following Friday July 25, 2014 4:00 PM; For VIP, Superan, and General Admission credential holdrs; Saturday July 26, 2014 4:00 PM; For VIP, Superan, and General Admission credential holdrs.
Handicap and fast pass lanes for SuperFans will be provided. VIP Entrances will locate to the North of the concert venue. Only those patrons with a VIP Credentials may enter through these gates. All other credential holders must enter through the main entry gates located south of the concert venue.
VALID STATE ISSUED ID's ARE REQUIRED. EVERYONE THAT WISHES TO DRINK ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, ONCE INSIDE THE MUSIC FESTIVAL GATES AND/OR THE FULL MOON SALOON AFTERPARTY, MUST GO TO THE ASSIGNED LOCATIONS AND GET A WRISTBAND FOR ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION. ID CHECKS WILL BE REQUIRED DAILY THROUHOUT THE EVENT. ANYONE WITHOUT A WRISTBAND NO MATTER THEIR AGE WILL NOT BE SERVED ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.IF CONSUMING ALCOHOL, YOU MUST HAVE YOUR WRISTBAND AND VALID STATE ID WITH YOU AT ALL TIMES, REGARDLESS OF AGE.
IF YOU ARE CAUGHT GIVING ALCOHOL TO ANYONE UNDERAGE OR IF YOU ARE UNDERAGE AND CAUGHT DRINKING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS AND WILL FACE CRIMINAL CHARGES.
Camping - New Maps – New Rules!
RV and tent camping is available on site. Each site is $100.00 plus taxes and fees online and $125.00 plus taxes and fees day of the event. Fees are per site and include one steering wheel. We allow 2 steeringwheels per site. Additional Vehicle passes are available online at $10.00 for the weekend or $20.00 at the gate. All vehicles must fit within your 20x50 ft campsite if not you will need to move your additional vehicle to a designated parking lot. Extra vehicle passes will be sold day of the event at the CAMP HOSTO OR TICKET BOOTH.
NEW THIS YEAR***All campers will be required to a 2-DAY ADMISSION CREDENTIAL to enter the campgrounds to camp. THIS INCLUDES VIP, SUPERAN & 2-DAY GENERAL ADMISSION CREDENTIALS.
PACK IT IN PACK IT OUT!! PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO REMOVE ALL TRASH IN OUR CAMPING AREA. If you are caught littering you will be fined!
For the safety of all our patrons, there will be a bag/container search conducted at the front gate, both into the concert and into the Full Moon Saloon. No coolers, food, beverages, alcohol or weapons will be allowed. Video cameras or any recording devices are strictly prohibited and will be confiscated. No laser pointers. We are not responsiable for electronic equipment. You will be asked to return these items to your campsite or vehicle and rejoin the line for entry. Failure to comply with search will result in denial of entry into the venue. This is strictly enforced.
PLEASE LEAVE YOUR POCKET AND OTHER KNIVES IN YOUR VEHICLES, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO REMOVE THEM FROM YOUR PERSON PRIOR TO ENTERING THE CONCERT.
Note: Upon entrance into the campground area all cars, trucks, trailers, and RV’s are subject to a vehicle search.
Remember, the concert features open seating. Bleachers will not be provided this year, so it is strongly recommended to bring your own chair. CHAIRS ALLOWED ONLY IN DESIGNATED AREA OF THE VENUE.
General admission credential holders can bring a lawn chair for the venue (chairs will also be sold inside the concert event) or you can stand. Standard size lawn chairs and folding chairs are the ONLY acceptable chairs. No lounge chairs, foot-rest style chairs or blanket seating will be allowed. No strollers, wagons, chair caddies, etc. will be allowed into the concert.
VIP and Superfan credential holders will be provided reserved seating, therefore no carry-in chairs will be allowed. Everyone in the reserved seating areas, regardless of age, must have an appropriate wristband. No exceptions will be made for small children.
We make every attempt to make facilities handicapped accessible. Limited handicapped parking is available. State issued permit is required. A general admission seating area is provided for persons in wheelchairs and one companion. Most of the concert area is level compacted dirt landscape. For more information please call 775-463-5114.
Medics will be available on festival grounds.
Children 6 years of age and under are admitted free of charge. All children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
General parking is available on site. The price for parking is $7.00 for one day $10.00 for two. General parking passes can be purchased online or at the time of the event. If you purchase a two day parking pass this must stay in your car for the entire event. If your parking pass is lost or stolen, we will not be responsible for a replacement. PARKING ALONG THE MAIN HIGHWAY IS NOT PERMITTED, AND IS SUBJECT TO ENFORCEMENT ACTION AND TOWING.
Sorry, no pets allowed into the festival or on any of the grounds for the entire festival weekend. We comply with all state and federal laws in regards to service animals.
Rain or Shine / Refund Policy
Night in the Country is a rain or shine event. Artists and times are subject to change. All sales are final, NO refunds, exchanges or returns. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or forgotten credentials or passes.
Beverages and Food
Sorry, no outside food, beverages, or coolers are allowed. A wide selection of your favorite foods and beverages including soda, & beer will be provided inside the concert venue. Cold bottled water is also for sale at the event.
Still cameras are welcome. Video cameras or any recording devices are strictly prohibited and will be confiscated. You will be asked to return such items back to your campsites, or vehicles. We are not responsible for your electronic equipment. All video recording are considered intellectual property, and will need to be earased or turned over to artist's staff before returning the electronic device to your vehicle. This is strictly enforced. No laser pointers.
Portable facilities are readily available on the site. There are hand-washing facilities available. It is always advisable to carry a small bottle of hand sanitizer to any public event. Lines may form in these areas so please be kind and patient to other patrons at the event.
Cold bottled water is for sale at the event.
ATM machines are available on site. Don't let the lack of cash spoil your weekend.
Security personnel are on duty around the clock for the entire weekend. Your full cooperation with them will be greatly appreciated. In the event of a problem, contact either a uniformed Police Officer or Event Security for assistance. Persons that are not complying with the festival rules of conduct will be subject to removal and/or legal trespass
TICKET BOOTH/LOST & FOUND/INFORMATION BOOTH/WILL CALL
Any items lost or found or for any questions or assistance, please visit us at the booth located at the front of the Venue. To retrieve a lost and foud item, a valid state ID will be required.
Oh…and don’t forget!
All persons attending Night in the Country Music Festival do so at their own risk. No liability is assumed by owners, managers, promoters, sponsors or others.
No weapons of any kind are permitted in any area of the festival. Please leave your knives in your vehicle, you will be asked to remove them prior to entry into the concert.
Personal ATV's and similar devices are prohibited.
No checks are accepted at the festival.
No drugs or underage drinking will be tolerated on any of the festival grounds.
Umbrellas may be used between performances only. They must be taken down during any stage performance.
Designate a driver! The Night in the Country Music Festival supports the Designated Driver concept. We urge you to decide before your visit to the Festival who will be the designated driver for your group.
DRINK AND DRIVE.
These rules have been established to satisfy the diverse needs of our guests and to promote safety. We ask all of our guests to respect the rights and privacy of others. Thank you and have fun.
