Thank you for applying for 2018 Night in the Country media credentials!
Complimentary press credentials and photography passes for Night in the Country are very limited. Not all applications will be approved. Night in the Country reserves the right to approve or deny any publication or media personnel credentials and access to media area and photo pits for any reason.
Credential applications will close on Friday, July 20. Those requesting campsites should get requests in as soon as possible as campsites do sell out.
Please note: You MUST be on assignment. We will not credential portfolio photography, personal website/blog photography, college project photography or spec photography.
- Night in the Country cannot guarantee coordination of interviews with artists. If you are interested in speaking with any artists at Night in the Country, contacting the artists’ publicists is your best option.
New this year – All media is required to be escorted by a Liquid Blue Events team member at all times in the hospitality/backstage area. If found unaccompanied in this area media credentials may be subject to termination.
Note: Night in the Country’s standard protocol (if applicable) is to approve no more than one photographer per outlet per day.
Media must check-in between 1pm - 7pm on Friday, July 27th and Saturday, July 28th at the main Will Call window near the general admission entrance. Media credentials will be given on site. Media must be able to provide proper identification and sign the NITC media agreement form to receive credentials.
Please add the names and relevant details for all Writers & Photographers and corresponding passes being requested for each.
